Tempo Curaҫao has extended its collective pension plan from ENNIA and has chosen to keep collaborating with ENNIA to invest in the future of its employees.

Our employees are very important to us, and that is why Tempo wants to give them a secure future by providing them with a pension from ENNIA. The last few years we have had a great relationship with ENNIA, and we are very proud to be able to continue to offer our employees a pension from ENNIA.”
Tempo has provided its staff members with a collective pension plan with an available premium arrangement. With this arrangement, the premium paid by the employer has been determined ahead of time, and depends on the employee’s salary. The first portion of the premium is used for insurances that provide financial assistance in case of death or disability, and the remaining portion is used to fund their pension.
