In July of 2018, the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten (CBCS) implemented the emergency measure for the insurers ENNIA Caribe Schade NV, ENNIA Caribe Zorg NV, and ENNIA Caribe Leven NV (ENNIA). Various approaches are being pursued to find a solution for the financial position of ENNIA Caribe Leven (ECL).
