Get started with the ENNIA app!
1. Download the app
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for MyENNIA and download the app.Open the app and select Register.
2. Register
Enter the requested information for the policyholder. Follow the instructions below each field carefully. They will help you enter the correct information and avoid unnecessary delays with your registration. Then select Submit Registration.
3. Check your email
After submitting your registration, you will receive further information by email. Once your registration has been approved, you are ready for your first sign-in.
4. Sign in
Open the app, select Sign In and use the email address and password you registered with. During your first sign-in, ENNIA will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile phone. Enter the code to verify your account.
5. Secure your account
Finally, the app will guide you through connecting an Authenticator app to your account. Follow the steps on screen, enter your Authenticator Code and select Verify code. Done. Your insurance is now even closer to you.
