Teamleider Incasso Curaçao
Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een scherp oog voor procesoptimalisatie én het motiveren van mensen? ENNIA zoekt een daadkrachtige Teamleider Incasso die richting geeft, beweging creëert en impact maakt.
In deze sleutelrol vertaal je het beleid van de afdeling Incasso naar een helder en werkbaar teamplan. Je zorgt voor structuur, stuurt op kwaliteit en samenwerking, en begeleidt je team in een dynamische omgeving waar klanttevredenheid en resultaat hand in hand gaan. Je werkt nauw samen met de Manager Finance en bent hét aanspreekpunt als het gaat om een soepel en efficiënt incassoproces.
Law & Regulatory Affairs Specialist Curaçao
De Law & Regulatory Affairs Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van naleving van alle relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de verzekeringssector en het adviseren van de organisatie op juridisch vlak, met speciale aandacht voor verzekeringsrecht. Deze rol richt zich tevens op het bevorderen van innovatie en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe verzekeringsproducten binnen ENNIA. De functie vereist een actieve bijdrage aan de implementatie van verzekeringstechnische innovaties en aansturing binnen het productontwikkelingsproces.
