Chief Commercial Officer
The position
As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you are responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy of ENNIA. In this important role, you translate the strategic objectives of the organization into specific marketing goals and commercial plans to strengthen ENNIA's market position.
The position has a direct impact on achieving the company’s growth targets and ensuring successful market positioning. Additionally, you are responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports, and monitoring the progress of commercial objectives, with the aim of continuously evaluating and optimizing the commercial processes within the organization. As CCO, you will lead the Sales and Marketing & Communication departments in Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire.
The profile
We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s degree combined with relevant expertise and experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the insurance sector, and have experience leading a commercial team. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in strategy development and setting commercial objectives and KPIs. You possess experience in leading complex projects and programs, where strong advisory skills are essential.
In addition to the required experience, there are several specific competencies that we consider essential for this role. Decisiveness is crucial; you must be able to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment. A strong network is also important for building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Adaptability is of great importance, meaning you should be flexible and resilient in dealing with changes in the market and the organization. Additionally, a strong affinity for numbers is necessary to manage the commercial budget effectively. Finally, we expect excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and Papiamento, with Spanish being a plus.
