Vehicle damage

Has your vehicle been damaged? Always call Forensys (Aruba, Curaçao) or BSF (Bonaire). Forensys will then report the damages to ENNIA within 24 hours.

Damage claims

  • Do you live in Aruba and want to file a damage claim? ENNIA will contact you within 2 business days. You don’t have to visit the ENNIA office.
  • Do you live in Curaçao or Bonaire and want to file a damage claim? File your claim here. You don’t have to visit the ENNIA office.

Your vehicle damage claim will be handled quickly and professionally by ENNIA’s experienced damage claim processors.


Vehicle accidents and collisions

  • Always call Forensys (Aruba 165, Curaçao 199) or BSF (Bonaire 9292) immediately after the accident to report the damages.
  • Don’t move your vehicle. Wait somewhere safe near your vehicle until Forensys/BSF arrives.
  • Always wait for Forensys/BSF to arrive on scene and allow them to create an official accident report, even if you plan to deal with the other involved party directly to take care of the damages. This can prevent future problems with your vehicle damage claim.
  • If there are any witnesses, please provide their contact information (name, address, phone number) to Forensys/BSF as well.
  • Do not make any premature statements to anyone about possible damage compensation or liability without knowing exactly what is possible and feasible.
  • You will receive a document from Forensys/BSF as proof that the damage was registered.


Reporting an accident
Forensys or BSF will send the accident registration report to ENNIA within 24 hours.

  • Do you live in Curaçao or Bonaire and want to file a damage claim? File your claim  here. You don’t have to visit the ENNIA office.


Arrange a replacement vehicle
Please contact ENNIA or your insurance advisor to see if you qualify for a replacement vehicle.


Vehicle theft

Report the theft to the police as soon as possible.

With our Comprehensive Vehicle insurance, vehicle theft is insured. When filing your damage claim, you will need the following documentation:

  • A copy of the police report.
  • A valid ID.
  • Proof of insurance (if available).
  • Proof of ownership (if available).

Please bring these documents with you when reporting the theft to ENNIA.


Arrange a replacement vehicle
Please contact ENNIA or your insurance advisor to see if you qualify for a replacement vehicle.

Damage claim payments

  • For a total loss payment when your vehicle has been stolen, there is a thirty-day waiting period to see if your vehicle will be recovered.
  • What happens if your vehicle is recovered within those thirty days? Then you are obligated to take back your vehicle. ENNIA will pay you for any damage to the recovered vehicle.
  • What happens if your vehicle is not recovered within those thirty days? Then you will be paid for your vehicle’s current market value.
  • The police can provide you with documentation that proves that your vehicle was not recovered. Bring this documentation to ENNIA so we can process your claim and arrange the payment.


Vehicle break-in

With our Comprehensive Vehicle insurance, vehicle break-ins are insured.

  • Always call Forensys (Aruba 165, Curaçao 199) or BSF (Bonaire 9292) immediately after the break-in to report the damage.
  • Report the vehicle break-in to the police as soon as possible.
  • When reporting the vehicle break-in to ENNIA, you will need a copy of the police report.


Broken vehicle window/windshield

With our Comprehensive Vehicle  insurance, broken windows/windshields are insured.

  • Always call Forensys (Aruba 165, Curaçao 199) or BSF (Bonaire 9292) immediately after you discover the broken window/windshield to report the damage.
  • Report the vehicle break-in to the police as soon as possible.
  • When reporting the broken window/windshield to ENNIA, you will need a copy of the police report.

Repair broken window/windshield

  • After filing your damage claim with ENNIA, you can take your vehicle to a repair shop. If needed, you may have to pay the damage out of pocket first. Your claim will not be processed until after you visit the repair shop.
  • The company making the repairs will submit the bill directly to ENNIA.
  • In the event that the new window/windshield is not in stock, the repair company may have to make temporary repairs to the old window/windshield while waiting for the new one.
