Transport insurance

Transport insurance covers loss or damage to cargo during transport. It can be supplemented with optional insurance to cover losses from war/armed conflict, damage due to fire, or explosion, accidents while in transport, and incidents with cargo during loading/unloading and docking.

ENNIA's Transport insurance consists of the basic A package and optional supplementary B and C packages.

Included under basic A coverage:

  • Cargo lost or damaged during transport.
  • Storage costs.
  • ENNIA provides free legal assistance in the event that the insured party is held (partly) liable.

Coverage can be extended with option B

  • Coverage in the event of war/armed conflict.

Coverage can be extended with option C

  • Loss or damage due to fire or explosion, accidents while in transport, and incidents with cargo during loading/unloading and docking.
