Accident insurance
We don’t like to dwell on misfortune, but life is unpredictable. When an accident happens it’s bad enough, and you don’t want your family to be financially hurt as well. An accident insurance policy helps protect your assets in situations such as:
- Income reduction due to occupational disability.
- Obligations you have committed to based on the assumption of an increasing income, such as a mortgage.
- You need a larger income to upgrade your living standard.
- Your home or car must be modified.
- Loss of income in the case of death.
We insure two types of benefits:
- Death
- Disability
With Accident insurance you can opt for personal or family accident insurance.
- Death insurance pays the insured amount in case of death caused by an accident.
- Disability insurance pays the insured amount if the insured party is permanently disabled due to an accident. The amount of the benefit payable is hereby determined by the degree of invalidity.
The premium is determined by the level of the desired benefits and the insured party's occupational risks:
Occupation category A
Commercial and administrative occupations, supervisory and management occupations. Retailers, sales representatives and service industries.
Occupation category B
Occupations mostly involving manual work: traditional trades, metal workers, carpenters, shipmasters, transport industry, agricultural occupations, and fishermen.
Occupations with a high accident risk such as divers, demolition contractors and similar occupations cannot be insured.

Emergency Assistance at home (only available to ENNIA Home insurance clients)
If your home has been damaged, due to fire or burglary for example, and you require emergency assistance at home, you can call us anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It just takes one call to help you! If the damage can’t be fixed immediately, ENNIA will provide a temporary solution, so you have nothing to worry about.
