The construction, renovation, or demolition of any residential or commercial building is a complex project that involves a number of people such as the client, architect, builder, subcontractor, and installers. This creates risks that could have significant consequences. ENNIA Construction All-Risk insurance covers loses or damage that may occur during construction activities.

- Coverage for damage caused to, or theft of auxiliary materials (scaffolding, formwork, sheet pilings, chains, huts, sheds and their contents, as well as tools, machinery and equipment).
- Loss due to theft, or damage of personal property present at the work site (cash and cash equivalents excluded) belonging to management and persons employed by the policyholder to work at the building site.
- Bodily injury suffered by any person involved in the construction.
- Loss which is not directly caused by the execution of the work and which does not fall under the policyholder’s responsibility.
- Loss due to damage to, or theft of cranes, bulldozers or similar equipment.
- Theft of cash or cash equivalents from the workplace.

If your home has been damaged, due to fire or burglary for example, and you require emergency assistance at home, you can call us anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It just takes one call to help you! If the damage can’t be fixed immediately, ENNIA will provide a temporary solution, so you have nothing to worry about.
