Life Insurance mortgage

This mortgage is structured as an interest-only loan, linked to a life insurance policy. You don’t have to make any principal payments during the term of the mortgage. Each month, you only pay the life insurance premium plus the monthly interest. Because the mortgage's principal is not reduced, you can claim the maximum income tax deduction.

Your guaranteed capital increase due to the excess interest profit sharing. The accrued excess interest profit sharing amount is credited to your policy annually.

When the life insurance policy matures, ENNIA pays a lump sum amount (which includes the saved amount + the excess interest profit sharing), which is then used to pay off the mortgage. The advantage of a Life Insurance mortgage is that the monthly payments are stable, because your gross and net expenses remain the same over the entire term of the mortgage.
