Organization

The operating companies ENNIA Caribe Schade NV (General Insurance), ENNIA Caribe Leven NV (Life) and ENNIA Caribe Zorg NV (Healthcare) are part of ENNIA Caribe Holding NV. ENNIA is the largest local insurer in the Dutch Caribbean.
Presently ENNIA employs more than 190 associates divided among the offices of the Dutch Caribbean islands:
Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire and St. Maarten.

Parman International B.V. is the current and only shareholder of ENNIA, and they also own Banco di Caribe NV and the National Investment Bank (NA) NV (“Nibanc”) on Curacao.
