Contact ENNIA Assistance immediately in case of illness, accident or death while travelling abroad. Our expert staff will arrange assistance, repatriation or medical care, for example.
If you require medical assistance, follow the physician's instructions. Always ask for a detailed invoice. In case of hospitalization, call ENNIA immediately.

For fast and efficient assistance it is important to provide acurate details. Please provide the following:
* your first and last names
* your ENNIA insurance policy number
* your current location (address and telephone number where we can reach you)
Loss or theft of luggage
Always report the loss or theft of luggage to the local police. If you do not speak the language, ask someone to accompany you (e.g. travel guide, hotel management, airline staff, etc.). Always ask for a written copy of the police report. Damaged items should be retained until after your claim has been processed.
Reporting your claim
For effective claims handling it is important to report the damage as soon as possible to ENNIA or to your independent insurance adviser. There you can complete a claims form when you report the incident.
